Concern for Community

Investing in Our Communities, Supporting Our Members

Welcome to the Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) Member Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of members, families, and communities across Baker, Grant, Harney, and Union counties.

Rooted in the cooperative principle of “Concern for Community,” the Foundation oversees and funds critical charitable programs that empower local youth, champion education, and provide a safety net for members in need.
