Graduated Salutatorian from Dayville High School in 1982.
Has 12 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing multi-million dollar projects throughout the Northwest.

I moved to Oregon in 1968 and taught first grade for four years. For 14 years, I was a stay-at-home mom, soccer coach, school board member, and volunteer. During this time, I completed my master's and was very active in OATAG (Oregon Association for Talented and Gifted) holding various offices including Legislative Chair and President. My professional career involved talented and gifted education at both the local and state levels and being an elementary principal. Since retirement in 2005, the Baker Valley has been my home.
